P Pelatihan Pembuatan Minuman Kesehatan dari Tumbuhan Obat untuk Pemberdayaan Ibu-ibu Yasinan Training on Making Health Drinks from Medicinal Plants for the Empowerment of Yasinan Mothers

Abstrak
Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu-ibu yasinan di Desa Kiram untuk membuat minuman kesehatan yang berbahan dasar tumbuhan obat. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung yang dirancang untuk memberikan pembelajaran interaktif dan aplikatif sehingga peserta dapat memahami secara mendalam proses pembuatan minuman kesehatan dan menerapkannya secara mandiri. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman terhadap pengetahuan dan teknologi sebesar 16,78%, artinya keberhasilan transfer ilmu dan keterampilan oleh tim pelaksana. Pada pelatihan ini, terdapat tiga jenis minuman kesehatan yang paling diminati yaitu sehat kunyit asam, sehat beras kencur, dan sehat kunyit asam plus jahe karena mudah dibuat, rasa yang disukai, dan manfaat kesehatan yang tinggi. Selain meningkatkan keterampilan, kegiatan ini juga diharapkan dapat membuka peluang ekonomi bagi ibu-ibu yasinan melalui produksi dan penjualan minuman kesehatan berbahan dasar alami. Pelatihan ini mendukung pengembangan usaha kecil berbasis komunitas yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga dengan memanfaatkan tumbuhan obat lokal. Pelatihan ini berkontribusi pada upaya menciptakan desa yang mandiri dalam bidang kesehatan dan peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Keberlanjutan program ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif yang lebih luas, baik dari aspek sosial, ekonomi, maupun kesehatan masyarakat Desa Kiram. Program ini juga dapat menjadi model pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dapat direplikasi di desa lain.
